I've turned the plugins off and it still does not work. Removal is not an option, turning them off is not an option. (jenkinhill)

Your product still pulls to the system js. What is the difference and why is not working regardless?
You are using all that same scripts and as far as I see, enabling google apis, but it still does not work?
I was recommended to your product by PayPal and have bought several add-ons which are standard in your competitors products.
