Translation is not saving

Hello everybody!
I'm trying to translate a category now, but this problem is for all translations.
When i chose the language to translate, it shows the flag, but if write the translation, it is saving also to other language. Earlier this problem wasn't.

In the configuration should be set all languages, even if one or more of them is not used
