USPS Plugin Error Display

I have the "USPS Error Report" OFF along with Debug off. It shows that there is no zip entered. I would like to remove it showing or change the display message to something more simple. Please enter address to calculate shipping perhaps.

Would you be so kind as to give me what the string is to override? I have checked already in the language editor. I looked for the error code and output string to no avail without opening up the plugin itself.

I searched for the entire output string along with the USPS error number. I get no results. I tried all the methods.
I searched for VMSHIPMENT_ALATAK_USPS_REPONSE_ERROR, VMSHIPMENT_ALATAK_USPS_REPONSE_ERROR_CODE, VMSHIPMENT_ALATAK_USPS_REPONSE_ERROR_DESCRIPTION and 2147219497 after I finally opened up the plugin

If I can't override it can I at least have it show nothing, no results, blank until the information is received to update with details?
