Coupon discount doesn't counted on Admin Order Details after alter product info

Hi,

As per title, on the Backend Admin Order Details page, after i alter the items (quantity,prices,status) and click on Save button, the final total price changed without minus off the Coupon Discout amount.

Please check and fix it. Thanks.
