2. Does issue exists on the page without js which are not from Joomla or VM?

3. Don't understand you without picture. Additionally iframes technique belongs to the appropriate JED section probably.

I can't see your website at the moment because the server at your webhoster crashed. If you are located in Germany, I would recommend to enable 'Show Terms of Service on the cart/checkout?" in VM  Configuration > Checkout tab and use this instead of your 'TOS in Slider' idea in the cart for legal reasons. According to the german laws the customers have to confirm the TOS (Widerrufsbelehrung/ Rückgabebelehrung) before the click the 'Check Out Now' button. I assume this wouldn't work in your slider.

In the VM cart the TOS are linked (hardcoded) either to the Fancybox or Facebox, depending on your selection in VM Configuration > Templates tab > Activate Css Styles & Javascripts section. Possibly the Fancybox.js/facebox.js and your slider's  javascript doesn't work together. But if you insist on using the slider in the cart, it might help if you disable the 'Show Terms of Service on the cart/checkout" and maybe pull your TOS from a normal Joomla article into the slider on the cart page.
