yes no box with value added to it

Hi, is it possible to add a custom field to an article like a yes/no box and when yes is selected a value is added to the total? Hope you can help me.

Use custom field with then name 'whatevername' and with the type Cart Variant (Cart Attribute) two times on Product Edit page: one for 'yes' and second one time for 'no'.
