2checkout approve url setting

Hi
i will be adding 2checkout.com payment in my vm2. I downloaded 2checkout plugin here - https://www.2checkout.com/shopping-cart/virtuemart
and installed and followed what to set and selected sandbox to yes so that i do demo payment testing.
I clicked vm checkout in my online joomla site and i have been redirected to 2checkout site to test demo payment and entering fake credit card info i saw demo payment success but in vm orders i am seeing the new order status is "pending" not confirmed! so it seems i have to enter approve url in 2checkouts account->site management page.what approve url i enter so that demo/real payment success parameters posted back to my joomla site  so that vm updates order to be completed.i contacted 2checkout, they say to contact vm what url i have to enter in their "approve url"

Maybe something like in Paypal plugin?

Yes paypal plugin does it automatically, i dont need to set any url in paypal demo account.But 2checkout plugin does not do automatically, i need to set approve url and what url i set as 2checkout plugin did not wrote about it? So is order status not confirmed.If anyone have approve page implemented please send me

thanks for helpful links but nowhere i got pre-made integration code for vm.
please send me if any1 have that else it seems i will have to code myself following these codes - https://github.com/craigchristenson

from their doc - https://www.2checkout.com/documentation/checkout/passback/return-setup and reading code in plugin and seeing the x_receipt_link_url value i just tested by entering the following link in 2checkout account->sitemanagement->approved url -  http://mysubdomain.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=pluginresponse&task=pluginresponsereceived&pm=2  it seems i am getting order confirmed after demo payment success.Don't know how much error free it is.

My idea was that you could contact personally using email, private messages, posts in threads and comments with 2co guys. They could share own 2co experience with you.
