is it possible to have a checkout without register and payment?.

example a costumer can modify a pizza and place a order , the shop owner gets the order and the non-register user can pay when when he gets to the store ?

this should be done but i can't figure it out how ?

You need to turn off two register options in VM config payment section. Create dummy shipment and dummy payment methods. Delete displaying of choosed methods in template overrides.
