Bug registrer taxe & rules with value manufacturer

I try to use the tax & rules depend on manufacturer with modifier price after invoice

The problem is that when I select a value exempler manufacturer A price + 30€
In the cart it concern all product, even if it is not from manufacturer A
by defaut all tax & rules using modifier price after incoive and value manufaturer are display in the cart...

Except that you need to deal with taxes/rules individually.
