Latest version of virtuemart Joomla 2.5 PHP fast CGI

Dear forum,
I seem to be experinceing the bug listed here: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=58064.0 However the bug was said to have been found and fixed a long time ago.

When a purchase is made the dates are wrong.. Please help me find a solution... 

From my client "Also, the dates of the orders seem to be messed up – Jim's order and mine both say we ordered in July 2013 – I ordered in August and Jim ordered in September.  Doug received an order from a lady named Carrie today and the order date shows Sept. 2, 2013.  Please check into this and let us know when it is fixed.

Hello

To examine this I think we need more input.

Here are some suggestion as a starter:

• Does EVERY order get wrong order dates or is it just happening occasionally ?
• Are the order dates always four days wrong?
• Is it connected to a specific payment option or shipment option?
• If You save an article in Joomla, does it get the correct date and time ?
• Are the customers with problems ordering from the same country as the shop ?
