Moving Virtuemart data from an old site to a new one

Hi,
My client has an old site that uses Joomla Version 1.5.15 and VirtueMart 1.1.4. I want to move/import the VirtueMart data from that site to a new site that uses Joomla 2.5.14 and VirtueMart 2.0.22b.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, the best way to do it please?

The best way is to follow official document published (virtuemart.net). Also good way is to follow manual (sticked thread in this forum section).
