Update from 2.0.8e to 2.0.22b

Hello,

I just tried to made update VM form 2.0.8e to 2.0.22b and it not works, I have blank page and error from Joomla report:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method plgVmCalculationAvalara::setPluginLoggable() in /home/demo.photoplus.pl/plugins/vmcalculation/avalara/avalara.php on line 52

What can I do with this problem?

Please help.

EDIT:

I removed line in script which should install avalara plugin and it works.
