Problem with language using onepage

Hello,

This week I installed VM 2.0.22a on a fresh Joomla 2.5.14 site with latest nl_NL (Dutch) VM language files.
Everythings looks OK, but when I install Linelab plugin: plg_system_onepage_vm2 I have a problem with the fields name in: nl-NL.com_virtuemart_shoppers.ini

Translation is not done and I got this kind of output: COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_LAST_NAME in stead of the translation: Achternaam.
When I put the complete tranlation line: COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_LAST_NAME="Achternaam" into nl-NL.com_virtuemart.ini then it is OK.

Why is nl-NL.com_virtuemart_shoppers.ini overlooked here?
