Shipping Method needed based on city zone

Hi ,

I'm ussing joomla 2.5.11 and virtuemart 2.0.10.

I needed to setup shipping method based on city limited zone and fix rate.

Ex: Zone 1 (Acity, Bcity, Ccity)    ---> $5
      Zone 2 (Dcity, Ecity, Fcity)    ---> $10

Please let me know If their any plugin or module meet my requirement.

Did you try available custom shipment plugins from 3rd party section?
