Migrating Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 - VM migration tool not working...

Hello,

Am migrating my joomla1.5 site to 2.5 and VM1 to VM2. I have purchased SP upgrade module as jupgrade  doesnot worked out...

i have my 2.5 joomla in a fresh folder and VM2 installed freshly...

i have migrated the shop_image folder(subfolders) to images/stories/virtuemart/ respective sub folders... now i have enabled database tools and clicked on start migration in VM controlpanel. It is not processing any records... i mean i dont know where i have to give in my VM2 controlpanel about the VM1 database details... so that it migrate from VM1 database to VM2 database...

Am new to this... Pls help... i have tried some instructions given in the other topics and did not found any solution...

the old database tables from vm 1 must be in the same database like the new joomla 2.5 and vm 2 database tables
