Ive read the sticky, and to be fair, it doesnt help much, the links from the OP are dead, and no one offered advice about setting up the IPN, and it is unclear if this option is available with the default paypal plugin.

Please can some one answer this for me, my logs show no IPN data:

2013-07-23 17:57:06
message: plgVmConfirmedOrder order number: c97403

2013-07-23 18:20:11
message: plgVmConfirmedOrder order number: 951803

2013-07-23 18:33:16
message: plgVmConfirmedOrder order number: 777303

And when I check the paypal IPN history it says "Failed"

I think its all setup properly, but its not working, so does the default plugin work with IPN or not.

Thanks

Fixed.
Just for anybody else's benefit it was a problem with Paypal's IPN system.

Hi Maxim, thanks for your reply, but that thread sheds no light on the problem.

Are you saying yes IPN does work with standard plugin?

If so great, why cant I get it to work?

:(

Thanks for any help Maxim

I'm glad that you made your day, Tobes.

Still it's not simply for me to understand why some web shops placed in subfolders of main web site.

The reason is my website has been live for 11 years and over time each new website is built in a new folder while the old website stays live in the root folder.

At least I got there in the end, thanks for your time Maxim, I can see you put a lot of hard work into these forums, its appreciated.
