Free shipping for advanced payment

I would like to make free shipping if the customer pays in advance.
How can I do this?

If you have a unique shopper group for that type of customer, you could make a new shipping method available for that shopper group only.

This could then be selected at checkout time if they are logged in

thanks for your answer, but can I do this also without groups?
Because I have to groups in my shop (default and B2B).
So I just want free shipping if the customer selects the payment method (advance payment), if he pays with paypal or something like that,
he has to pay the normal shipping costs.

Enable the "standard" shipping plugin

Then add this as a new shipping method

Save, then set the values as required
