HELP! VM 1.5 to 2.0 Install - Now site is DOWN!

I am no developer.  I ahve had help to this point but now I cannot get in touch with the person who has helped me up to this point.  I was having issues with customers logging in and checking out on my site (www.killerguitarcomponents.com) so i tried to install VM 2 to try to make things easier.  Well, I got an error

COM_VIRTUEMART_MIGRATION_WARN_VM1_EXTENSIONS
Fatal error: Call to undefined function vmget() in /home/kgcadmin/killerguitarcomponents.com/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/toolbar.virtuemart.html.php on line 18

And now NOTHING WORKS!! Please help!

If you did this on live, then I suggest you restore your backup and do on a test server first.

There will be challenges old modules will not work for example
