2 Payment Method Page Issues

Hi,

I have 2 small issues on my Payment Method selection page on www.sailingbeyondboundaries.com

If you visit and put something in your cart and go into the process, on the Select Payment Method page you will see:

-  The AuthNet radio button should be default checked b/c I have "Enable Automatic Selected Payment?" selected in Configuration>Checkout.  It's the only payment method so should be checked b/c I selected that option.
-  No dropdown for payment type.  If not easy fix, I'll just comment it out b/c not really important anyway
