SHIPMENT FOR VIRTUAL PRODUCTS Plugin Information

Anybody had use this plugin? http://extensions.virtuemart.net/shipment-for-virtual-products-detail, I just want to know what's its limitation? is it limited to one domain only? any down side for it?
