Payment Method Error and not able to buy product.

Hi,

I get the following message at checkout on http://themindtoolexpert.com/index.php/en/practitioner-training-courses/nlp-practitioner-50-off-detail

"Please select a payment method  We are sorry, no payment method matches the characteristics of your order."

I have removed the shipping methods as suggested here and removed the other payment methods.

I have used VM Payment plugin Paypal

I was supposed to go live today so this is quite urgent. I hope someone can help.
