Module or plugin already for"Shop Online, Reserve Your Item & Pick up @ store"?

Can someone program this?

I need to have the option of "Shop Online, Reserve Your Item(s) & Pick Up at the Store". 

If this is selected as the default from the Administration panel, then all shipping options and payment options are hidden.  The only option shown to customer is "On-Hold" or "Reserved" option.
(Item would be placed "On-Hold" or "Reserved" for 7 days - number of days option would be good - Customer would then go to physical store
and pay for item(s) and transport their item(s) themselves. If not picked up with-in prescribed time, item would revert back into inventory and
"On-Hold"/"Reserved" would be canceled.)

Hi,

We do have a module/component, but need to do modification of holding its status to "Reserved" for a specified time and added back to stock if not picked up.

What our component does is:
- Allows admin to create date and time slots in backend.
- Admin can restrict the number of users who can select a particular date/time slot. If no limit then set to "zero"
- Once created, in frontend user will be asked to choose date/time of pickup.
- Then normal checkout flow begins. If user has not already selected date/time slot - he will be asked to do so while checkout steps.

Please let me know if that works. Also, which version of Joomla and VirtueMart are you using.

we would make that option show on the frontend,    the only thing we would need to customize for is the timed holding period
