Blank front page of Joomla site after VM2 migration

Upgrade on Joomla 1.5 from VM 1.1.9 - Followed instructions to install VM2 (moved images, renamed old files, disabled plugins & modules) and complete migration.  First VM file installed fine but I did have problems installing the aio file for Vm 2.0.20b - zip file wouldn't install (couldn't find install package) while the tar file came back with exhausted memory error.   Then tried  update to AIO using the Akeeba component - it says 2.0.20b now and I updated the tables using the button here too. 

Problem, front page of site is a blank white page with COM_VIRTUEMART_MIGRATION_WARN_VM1_EXTENSIONS.  Tried removing VM parser file but then page was blank and no message.  Installed file back into position, same message appears on blank screen.

Help to resolve this problem  greatly appreciated.

Did you do step 3 in http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=95236.0 ?

Sounds also like the aio component may not be correctly installed.

Seems one vm1 module was overlooked.
