Virtuemart 2.0 and First Data merchant email notification

Subj: GGe4 Payment Module 

I am webmaster for a furniture store and purchased a module from modulebazaar.com so I can use VM 2.0 with First Data gateway.

It is working fine except I am unable to configure VM 2.0 to send email to merchant when an order is completed and approved.  It sends an email to administrator which is me but not to merchant.

FirstData says they are unable to do this unless their API is used.

Appreciate any advice how this can be done through VM 2.0
