Image Upload during checkout

Hello,
Not sure, if i am posting in the right forum, was confused..

Actually my problem is, i need my customer to upload image file when they checkout. Is this possible?
The uploaded images will be then sent to an Admin or stored somewhere.
Is there any hack to this, or any third party plugins?
