Need a simple checkout to pay current invoices.

I have a client that runs a landscaping business.  They have asked me to setup a page where their current clients can go and make a payment on an outstanding invoice.  These are invoices that are sent to them in the mail.  I need a place where they can go and enter their name, invoice number and amount they want to pay.  Is this possible?  This has seemed more difficult to me than setting up a store front with tangible products.  They have already signed up to use Hosted Checkout through Chase Paymenttech.
