Please i want to have the currency selector on my site to display exact amount

Please i want to have the currency selector on my site to be able to display the equivalent of all currencies to the local currency selected be a user.

For example on my products or item list, i have a product that sells for 2 $ in US Dollars and the buyer is from Nigeria who intends to pay in Naira, now he or she switches to their local currency which according to exchange will give us 1$ for 160 Nigerian Naira. and 2 $ for 300 Nigerian naira...

Currently what i get from the currency selector is  just a change of currency and symbol while all figures remains the same. i.e it an item is sold for 1$ and the buyer wishes to buy in Naira he only get the price as 1 Nigerian Naira instead of the real exchange rate which is 160 Nigerian Naira.

Please anyone with an idea on how to correct this please paste the codes, it will be highly appreciated
