Hide/Show custom fields based on customer selection

Hi all.

Excuse me my ignorance in this topic but I am new to virtuemart.
In short, I am trying to do something like the following: http://www.soloporteros.com/es/comprar/bota-de-futbol/bliddyspam/adizero-f50-xtrx-sg-dark-orange
When the user selects something from "Personalización" drop-down menu, the options of the below fields change.

How can I do that in virtuemart? I have like 5 hours trying to figure it out with no luck...

Another add on for this is called Chery Picker.  It is very popular and easily configured.

so certain sizes of the same shoe are ONLY available in certain colors etc?
