Meta description for products - Simple question about - Seo/Facebook/G+

It's possible to got the Product short description in the Page Meta Description and change the default Joomla website for all website pages?

For example: If i put a link in Facebook/Google+ for any product (promotion), that calls every time the Joomla website meta description, and not the product information ... and even dont call the image..
In google SEO it's the same... my products links got the website meta desc (Joomla Default) and dont have the product info/desc ...

It's possible to solve?

No such thing as a stupid question, only a stupid answer. I won't ask if I know the answer or found it using the search as you suggested.
