"add to cart" button not working - but only for some users

Hello, we've had a few people reporting that the "add to cart" button does not seem to be working for them, while it is working fine on our side and for many other customers. Does anyone have any idea what this could be related to and how to fix it? The operating systems even seem to vary, one was on a Mac, the other on a PC with Windows 8. Unfortunately I do not have the details of all systems on which the error was reported. Our live site is at www.nbat.co.za   ( we also have a site at www.natural-beauty-africa.co.za - both are almost identical, no error reports for this one so far, but very possible that the same problem exists here too).

Any ideas?

by "quite a lot going on", do you mean bad things?  :-\

what's the woopra link, it doesn't seem to work - is the error related to woopra?

Same problem, but no error message, just no response from the "add to cart" button

Using
Joomla 2.5.11
VirtueMart 2.0.20b

Tried this on IE, Chrome and Firefox

Did you resolve this?  I had a similar report and discovered that the customers who couldn't see the add to cart button were using ie8 in compatibility mode.

Does issue stay after switching to standard Joomla template?

misscherylb we just had another report of this with a similar error message to yours- solved by changing the PHP version on the server. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=117882
