When I add an image all products get the same image

Hi folks. Great programs, just getting my mind around this wonderful application. I'm using Joomla 2.5.11 and Virtuemart 2.0.20b. Template is JA Vintas. When I add an image to a product 80% of the products get updated with the same image. I go into Products click on the Product nae and then click on Product Images. I type in unique filename, image alt-text as well as path to used url and used thumb url the images show up when I click save. Now I save and close. When I open another product this same image is now being used for other products as well.

Could it be that I created one product and then cloned them. For instance if I update "Elegant Chiffon Shalwar Kameez 019" with image "elegant-chiffon-019-front.jpg". I click save and close and now click on product again and open "Elegant Chiffon Shalwar Kameez 003" it now also has "elegant-chiffon-019-front.jpg". I have tried clicking Save and then "Save and Close" and updating from the Media window but no luck.

I guess this has everyone stumped. Is there a way for me to export all data in products as a CSV file and then modify it in Excel and bring it back in. This way I can type in the right URL for image for each product and not have it hopefully change other product images.

I would export your tables to excel through phpmyadmin and then work with the data

lovingly cpanel
go to phpmyadmin

find the tables you want and then you are able to export them into excel
