Need Manual Payment Option

I am developing an e commerce solution. Products are displayed with price.
What I want?
User fills for of his information at checkout and HE JUST HAVE TO SUBMIT THAT ORDER. NO NEED OF PAYPAL ETC. Company gets email about the order and COMPANY WILL CONTACT CUSTOMER BY SELF FOR FURTHER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT.


Experts. Please help me, please please please.

In the UK this is known as a Purchase Order system. As John2400 says, make a payment method, but apart from naming it and adding a description don't configure any other parts of it, just save. Similarly create a shipping method, just name it something like "Shipping will be added at cost" or whatever, and again save without any further configuration.

Then in Configuration/Ceckout you should select  Enable Automatic Selected Shipment? and Enable Automatic Selected Payment? so that payment & shipping method is auto-selected.

You may want to change some of the words used in the product/cart pages, eg change "Add to cart" to "Add to order" - for these use language overrides - see http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=113895.0
