Delete a Product with Stockable Variants

I am using VM 2.0.20b and I was wondering if there is a quick and easy way to delete an item with stockable variants. It appears you have to delete all the child products one by one first and then delete the parent. I have 123 parents and 1968 children for these parents. Deleting them one by one will take forever. As a work around, I unpublished the parents and the category that they are in.
