Hi, I was asked the following, you place two different languages on the same line ie where it says "Add to car" also say "agregar al carro" and such, can not be done by any of the languages, as it seems the system gets confused and takes no language  and codification appears, ie is dropped, but the modules of the site we have done through images and menu module that allows description

not if you could put images where these translations or is there another way to do something ...

idieas accept suggestions and solutions if someone has already done that

If I understand your post correctly, you want to add a button which says

Agregar al carro
Add to cart

That might be a little bit tricky to achieve, because a simple <br /> in line 28 of ...\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_virtuemart.ini doesn't work in this case.
If the system gets confused when you change a language string, it might be because your editor uses the wrong encoding when you save the file. It should be configured to save as "utf-8 without BOM".
If a language file seems to produce errors, enable "Debug language" in Joomla configuration to see any problems.

However, if you want the shop's user interface in two languages, I would suggest to make your site bilingual (install two languages). See here: http://docs.virtuemart.net/tutorials/36-multilingual-store/99-multilanguage-setup.html

BTW - Your big slideshow and your huge background image (1440 x 1642 pixels) is slowing down your shop's loading times considerably. Perhaps you can replace at least the background image with a small repeating one (i.e. 10 x 50 pixels) in your template.
