Multiple product images in sub-folders

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to setup my store and ran into a issue!

I'm using csvi to import products and categories and I'm about to import around 9000 products right now. The thing is the images, I understand how the filename structure should be but most of the products have more then 1 image and they are sorted in sub-folders with the SKU name like this:
The folder TP-03 contains image1.jpg, image2.jpg etc. and TP-03 ofcourse being the SKU of the product! I read a guide from VM1.0 that it should work by just adding the folder but it doesn't seem to be that easy in VM2.
I've imported the media with the tools and if I go to the product I can choose the images located in the subfolder but I don't want to do that manually for each of the products!

Is this possible in VM2?
