attributes and add to cart button not showing.

HI guys,

Im currently im using VM2.0.20b on Joomla 2.5.9 PHP 5.3. in my old version 1.9 i could simply upload a spreadsheet with selected attributes ( eg: RRP, different sizes for same parent sku although different child products, and everything was working ok.) with this current version some attributes are not available and in default on drop down boxes the description comes up instead of please select a size. Also the add to cart buton doesnt show till the size is selected.

Is there going to be a fix for this in the future in next version upgrade or what other solutions are there.
