Order Email - It's strange give the reply to system email

Hi.
Every time that my father receive a Order email he try to write to costumer the feedback... but he never know that he's replying to system email....
So for him it's strange to receive the Order from that email (never remember to copy paste) and never reply to the Costumer/Client Email in the Order because it's difficult to see when in the "ask for a question" he can reply direct to costumer/client email.

My question: It's not possible to change this kind of problem (reply to costumer email) in the Order reply?
