Shipping to the store

My client wants to have a website built in Joomla and Virtumart for a online shop.  He also wants all the ordered items be shipped to his shop first instead of directly to the user. 

1. How do I set this up in Virtumart's shipping configuration?  How do we calculate shipping?

2. Also,  what do I specify in Shipping address in Shop tab (Virtumart 2) Vendor Information and Additional Information?

3. Where can I get my Shopper Number/ID?

Can I just answer the first bit-
If I the customer buy a good the cost of shipping is always going to be X amount of money. Who cares what it costs to ship it to his distribution site - he/she will have to set a price into the cost price for transport to his distribution place. So I think that is just an extra cost of the wholesaler.

The vendor information is his distribution site so it is the vendors address - nothing else.

Shoper ID - every customer will have a unique Number on the invoice but I think you might be looking for http://extensions.virtuemart.net/vm-orders
