Show basic price plus booking fee and then total price

Hi there,
I'd like to have virtue mart display a booking fee which appears below the basic price. These two added together gives the total price.  There seem to be options for discounts and tax addins but I can't seem to find how you configure an additional price called booking fee.
I guess it might work fine if we could change the label of shipping fee to booking fee.
Any suggestions welcome. thanks in advance....

OK so, I set up a calculate rule that calculates the price and adds on the booking fee, however, I want to display it as a booking fee clearly in Virtue mart so the customer knows what they are paying for. e.g.
Ticket Price    € 15.00
Booking Fee  €   1.70
Total:            € 16.70

Is this done in the product information?
Where do you go to display this information to the customer?
