Remove review system, keep rating system!?

Hello, virtuemart latest 2.0.20

I was wondering if it's possible to disable just the review system and allow users to use the ajax rating system but with no reviews needed. Just to tag the quality of a product.
Maybe even to allow guests to do it if that's possible. Seems right now I can disable rating and reviews but cannot just use ratings alone.
