Individual customer pricing?

Hi there,

I am new here, I apologize if this was asked before.

I am wondering if I can create discounts or a specific discounted price for products for individual products.

My store will have set pricing for each product, but what I am looking to do is change the pricing of products or discount them individually for specific customers.  In other words of Product A is $100, I want it so that if customer 5 logs in that they see the price for that product to be $90 or at least see if see the $100 and a discounted price for them right under that.

Is this something possible for individual customers?  I know in the past you could set specific pricing or discount for shopper groups but my need is to be for specific customers.

How about a different shopper group per customer, each 1 with its own discount ?
