Shipment Price Not Listed in Checkout

I have configured and enabled one type of Shipping Charge only my site only.  It is for USPS Priority Mail for $6.50 on all orders.  However, in the shopping cart checkout, although USPS Priority Mail is listed, no shipping charge amount is listed.

How can I get the shipping charge to be listed at Checkout?
