SEO/SEF CHECKOUT BUG - EXPERT NEEDED - PLEASE PROVIDE QUOTE

Require quote to fix checkout problem.

This bug seems to be a common problem posted all over this site but no fix posted so I shall offer it as a job.

This is a checkout problem with saving payment and shipping.
If anyone can help, please advise.

Customer view: Customer has to save settings twice before they can see the changes.

The customer chooses shipping or payment method and saves but sees "No shipment selected"  or "No payment selected", which makes them think the data is not saved so they do it again and see that it now shows up.  Simply clicking on the View cart link to refresh the page does the same thing; it shows the updated shipping or payment without saving it twice.

So, When saving "Change Shipment" or  "Change Payment", the data is updated in the database but not updated on the cart page until you refresh it (click on cart button again.).

When Joomla SEO is turned off, all works well, desire all SEO/SEF features working. (Disabling default features is not an option.)
I have all features working on another site with same settings.
Template is not an issue, same happens with beez or other default templates.
Modules are not a problem, all extra modules disabled still has the problem.
I need the problem fixed, and want to know what the fix is.

Using a perm IP until issue is resolved.
to show using only IP is not the issue, change DNS on your router, etc... to:
50.22.23.34

then point browser to www.dollarseed.com and shipping/payment select still not loaded on page.

Don't forget to change & FLUSH your DNS back when done, only works for sites on my public server, not the rest of the internet.


IP address is required for SSL.
8 core server on high speed redundant network, nothing wrong with server or network.

Please provide a quote/estimate price for the repair, thank you.

test it with cache (and joomla cache plugin) disabled to rule that one out

dynamic pages that don't change untill you hit refresh again, can point to a cached file being loaded on a first view.
