Shipping methods

Hi!
I really don't know where to start seeing this forum is so vast and I'm really lost to know where and who to ask.
I've recently decided to change my eCommerce site using Joomla and of course your Virtuemart application, to a new updated version of Joonla 2.0 and your recent updated version of Virtuemart.
Since then I have lost a few major function in Virtuemart that I had in the older version that seems to no longer exist. I'm sure you have had people already asking, but I need to know.
Where has the Shipping module list have gone, I use this with my current API, now it's no longer there. Was this done intentionally?
I did look around and found there are a couple of third part developers that have made a plugin for both Canada shipping and UPS shipping, but now it seems this will run me into more money and not even sure if this will work. Seeing I went to all this trouble to update my new site and now I can't use it like I use to, is it still safe to go back to the older version and continue using that one. It had everything I needed and now I can do nothing. Very frustrating. At this point I would be willing to pay you guys to at least make a plugin that come with the latest version of Virtuemart.
For now I will continue looking throughout this forum to try and find a solution or an answer to my dilemma.
