Cart Displaying Duplicate Choices for Payment and Shipping Methods

Did site wide searching for subject, with no hits.

Whatever choices for payment or shipping are available the cart wants to display duplicates of each :o

Joomla! 2.5.9, VM2.0.18a

SOLUTION:  In my case I went back and looked at how I had shopper groups assigned.  Upon looking @ the shipping and payment plug-ins and seeing shopper groups assigned, I deleted them all and saved.
Looked at the front end, problem gone 8)
WEIRD ???
