Rating system for adminstrator is buggy.

VM 2.0.18a with Joomla 2.5.9
I notice when testing. I created shopper and shopper2. I let a rating of 1 with shopper 1 and a rating of 5 with shopper2. I get average of 3. All is fine there.
But when I manually change the rating for either shopper on the administration side it seems like it calculating the average vs if I make shopper rating a 1 instead of a 5 the result is 3.

So when the administrator makes a manual customer rating change is it suppose to make the result the average for that individual customer or is it suppose to make the rating the exact rating the admin changes it to?

Also I can't delete individual rating it keeps saying "Select an item to delete" and takes me to the parent rating of that product. I can delete the parent then all ratings are gone. Anyone know how to fix this?

Anyone else seeing these issues?
