Safety-error message

Hello.

When I try to edit the VirtueMart 2.0.18 in the administration section, for example, the config section, I get a message saying:
"Warning, the Safe Path is empty, for safety reasons it is very important to create a folder in a path not accessible by an URL, create also a folder invoices in it to store your sensitive data secure. Our suggested path is for your system /home/*username*/*location*/*location*/vmfiles, use this link to the config"

Since it's my first time using any modules as this, I find it difficult to understand the problem, and to solve the problem.
If anyone could guide me, step by step, I would be very grateful.
