Shipping Weight 0.0000 Pounds? Stockable Variants

Hi there,
Just updated from vm 2.0.16 to 2.0.18a, joomla 2.5.8. I tried putting in a couple new test orders, using stockable variants, I added a shoe size small that weighs 0.68000 Pounds, the parent is 0.0000lbs, for some reason the 0.6800 is not being added in the weight, it's only using the parents weight? Is there a way to fix that? Each size has a different weight and needs to add up correctly for proper shipping quote, thanks,

i have the same Problem with stockable variants. it's only using the parents weight.
