showing total price without tax in shopping cart

hey guys,
one more questions to you.

is it possible to show the total price in the shopping cart (Quick view) without tax? I need some tax rules in my e-Shop. So, the price will always been shown with tax!

can you help me to find the correct coding place? Then i will change the coding. But i am a beginner. i dont find the right place
