How to show price range on frontend product details

We have the possibility to add a price range to a certain product. But how can we make it visible for the shopper.
For example I have a product with a price for 1 up to 9 items and a lower price for 10 up to 20 items. For the moment  only 1 price is shown.
In VM1.1.9 in the product category there is a 'I' (information) and a lightbox (popup) opens and shows the price ranges. In the product details it is shown permanently.

Hoping that someone has a solution.

Is there anyone who can give a hint how to show the quantity related prices on the front end (to the shopper)?

use vmdebug and learn how todo it. But a nice method is atm missing. You may write a performant method
